Moya, founded by Shamrock, is a sustainable footwear enterprise that transforms fabric cut-offs and used vehicle tires into stylish, eco-friendly shoes and sandals. The business specializes in the production of recycled footwear crafted from materials such as leather, cloth, velvet, and repurposed rubber, combining fashion, sustainability, and innovation to create unique products for diverse customers. Driven by environmentally conscious production methods, Moya has built a passionate team of 30 youths who contribute to the design and manufacturing of each pair of shoes. Beyond fashion production, the business is committed to community empowerment by identifying and training passionate young mothers and youth to become skilled artisans, creating employment opportunities and promoting sustainable livelihoods through craftsmanship and entrepreneurship.
